Tata Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the BODs at their meeting held on January 17, 2006 have declared a Third Interim Dividend @15%, i.e. Re.1.50 (Rupee One and paise fifty only) per equity share (face value Rs.10/-) on 1,83,80,880 equity shares of the Company for the current financial year 2005-2006.
