Orissa Sponge - Outcome of Board Meeting
Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2010, inter alia, has taken the following decision:
- Extension of the term of appointment of Mr. M. A. Khan, a whole time Director of the Company for a further period of one year w.e.f. November 01, 2010 whose term of appointment has expired on October 31, 2010 at the same terms and conditions.
