Outcome of AGM

Twinstar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following: 1. The Audited Annual Accounts of the Company together with necessary annexure and reports along with Directors Report & Auditors Report thereon for the financial year 2009-10 ended on March 31, 2010 were approved and adopted. 2. Appointment of Mr. Yogesh Wadwana as Director, who retire by rotation and being eligible, were reappointed. 3. Re-appointment of Auditors, M/s. N. K. Jalan, Chartered Accountants.
