Minaxi Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following : 1. Adoption of the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company together with necessary annexures and reports for the financial year 2009-2010, ended on March 31, 2010. 2. Appointment of Shri. Dharmendra N. Patel as Director, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment. 3. Appointment of Shri. Dineshbhai P. Patel as Director, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment. 4. Appointment of Shri. Kiritkumar S. Patel as Director, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment. 5. Re-appointment of auditor M/s. R.R.S & Associates,, Chartered Accountants. 6. Approval of increase in monthly remuneration of Shri. Bharatbhat P, Patel, Managing Director of the company with effect from August 01, 2010. 7. Approval of increase in monthly remuneration of Shri. Kiritkumar S. Patel, Whole Time Director with effect from August 01, 2010. 8. Approval of increase in monthly remuneration of Shri. Dinesh P. Patel, Whole Time Director with effect from August 01, 2010. 9. Re-appointment of M/s. Ashok P. Pathak & Co., Company Secretaries for obtaining from them the Compliance Certificate pursuant to the Provisions under Section 383 A (1) of the Companies Act, 1956 for the Financial Year 2010-2011.
