Outcome of AGM

Cheslind Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 09, 2010, inter alia, have approved the following: 1. Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010, Profit and Loss account together with the reports of directors and auditors thereon. 2. Mr. Ravi Jhunjhunwala & Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala, who retired by rotation, eligible for reappointment were reappointed as directors. 3. M/s. K P Rao & CO fIrm and M/s. Bhaskar Rao & Co firm, were appointed as Statutory auditors of the Company to audu the accounts of the Company for the financial year 2010-11 on a remuneraton to be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company. 4. Increase in the remuneration of Mr. Vinod Mehta, Manager under Companies Act, 1956.
