Updates on Delisting Offer

ICICI Securities Ltd has informed BSE on behalf of Sulzer Ltd ("Acquirer") regarding acquisition of 688,908 shares by acquirer from the public shareholders of Sulzer India Ltd ("Target Company") under the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 ("Delisting Regulations") and the pursuant delisting of the Company from the BSE (the "Delisting Offer" or "Offer"). In relation to the Delisting Offer, the shareholding pattern of Sulzer India Ltd prior to the Delisting Offer and post the Delisting Offer.
