Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that, by an Order made on the July 23, 2010, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on September 07, 2010, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar and Industries Limited with Bajaj Hindusthan Limited.
