First Winner Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2010, inter alia, to transact the following: 1. To consider and approve the audited Financial Results (Consolidated as well as Standalone) for the year ended March 31, 2010. 2. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated as well as Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. 3. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 for approval of shareholders. 4. To consider and fix the date of Annual General Meeting and Book closure date for the financial year ended March 31, 2010.
