Industrial Cables (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh, Jalandhar vide their letter dated December 08, 2005 has granted approval under section 166 and 210 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the following: 1. To change the Financial year of the Company to close on March 31 every year instead of October 31. 2. To close the Current Financial year for a period of 17 months ending March 31, 2006 instead of 12 months ending on October 31, 2005; and 3. To hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders of the Company upto September 30, 2006 for the extended period of 17 months ending March 31, 2006.
