Jhagadia Copper Ltd has informed BSE that the Honourable Gujarat High Court (Coram: Justice Mr. M. R. Shah) has on April 26, 2010 admitted the Winding up Petition No. 295 / 2008 (the petition) filed against the Company by Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd (GIIC) (one of the lending financial institutions / banks of the Company) with directions to GIIC that the admission of the petition shall be advertised in the news papers within 15 days from the date of the order. Further the Company has informed that, the Company has taken actions for filing appeal against the above-said order.
