Brabourne Enterprises - Record Date for Scheme of Arrangement

RPG Itochu Finance Ltd has informed BSE that February 04, 2010 has been fixed as the Record Date for implementing the Scheme of Arrangement between RPG Itochu Finance Ltd. and Summit Securities Ltd. (Summit) and Brabourne Enterprises Ltd. (Brabourne) and Octav Investments Ltd. (Octav) and CHI Investments Ltd. (CHI) and their respective shareholders. As per the Scheme RPG Itochu Finance Ltd. (RIFL) will issue equity shares to the shareholders of the erstwhile Brabourne Enterprises Ltd. as under, pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Bombay High Court on December 18, 2009: "1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of RIFL shall be issued and allotted for every 28 (Twenty Eight) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Brabourne".
