Uniproducts India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Delisting Committee of Directors at its meeting held on February 28, 2009, inter alia, have the following resolutions : "RESOLVED THAT in furtherance of the delisting process being initiated for delisting the Equity Shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd ("BSE"), the Acquirer, Dr. Ashwan Kapur has informed the Delisting Committee that he had completed the initial formalities relating to opening of escrow account and issuing the Bank Guarantee in favour of Manager to the Offer on February 26, 2009 and now proposes to publish Public Announcement on March 02, 2009."
