Daurala Organics Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with DCM Shriram Industries Ltd. w.e.f. January 01, 2005 pending before the Hon''ble High Court, Delhi, the Registrar of Company, Delhi & Haryana has granted to the Company two months extension time for holding the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Accordingly, the Company is required to hold the Annual General Meeting by November 30, 2005.
