India Radiators - Updates

India Radiators Ltd has informed BSE that the Company''s appeal is at present placed before the BIFR (Board For Industrial & Financial Reconstruction)since July 24, 2008. Earlier the Company was declared sick in 2003. Further, the Company went on appeal to Appellate Authority for Industrial Finance and Reconstruction against BIFR orders and the case was remanded to BIFR in 2008. The matter is pending before BIFR. Further the Company has plans to revive the Company after BIFR approval.
