Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015, we hereby inform you that Stakeholders'' Relationship-cum-lnvestors'' Grievance Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 7th November, 2019 has approved for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu of lost / misplaced.
Accordingly, we will proceed to issue and dispatch the duplicate share certificate/s to the concerned shareholders. Details of the shareholders whom duplicate share certificates to be issued are enclosed herewith.
