MODISON METALS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As required by the Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 8" November, 2019 at 11.30 am for considering the following:
The unaudited Standalone financial results (provisional) of the Company and the unaudited Consolidated financial results (provisional) of the Company and its subsidiary as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2019;
And pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, trading window is already closed for designated persons and their dependent family members of the Company from 1st October, 2019 till 48 hours after the outcome is communicated to the Stock Exchange.
