DSJ Communication - Shareholder Meeting - AGM On September 30, 2019

With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the 29th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Monday, 30th September, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. at Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture at Kasliwal Board Room, Oricon House, 6th Floor, 12, K. Dubhash Marg, Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 to transact the Ordinary and Special Business as set out in the Notice convening the 29th AGM, dated 30th August, 2019. A Copy of the Notice of 29th AGM along with the copy of Attendance Slip and Proxy form is attached with this letter.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 24th September, 2019 to Monday, 30th September, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. Intimation of book closure in prescribed format is also enclosed herewith.
