Core Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sushil Handa has disassociated from the Company in the capacity of holding an executive or management position, directorship in the Company and as the promoter of the Company. The Company understand from Mr. Handa that he does not have the ability to influence or control the decisions of the Company by virtue of his holding or by any other means. Mr. Shshil Handa has served as Managing Director until the year 2002 and as Chairman and Board Member till March 08, 2005. The Board has accepted his resignation upon receipt of his resignation letters from both positions dated October 18, 2002 and March 08, 2005 respectively and Form-32 had also been filed with ROC immediately after that.
