RPG Transmission - Updates

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 30, 2008 about the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement, RPG Transmission Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said announcement the Company has revised the first paragraph which is as follows: "The Hon''ble High Courts of judicature at Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur Bench, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between RPG Transmission Ltd and National Information Technologies Ltd and MP Power Line Ltd and KEC International Ltd and their Respective Shareholders on January 18, 2008 and January 24, 2008 and January 25, 2008 respectively which came into effect on January 30, 2008 upon filing the certified copies of the Orders of the Hon''ble High Courts with the concerned Registrar of Companies and accordingly the Company stands dissolved."
