1. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit
Committee in their meeting held on
October 31, 2008 and, the same have been approved and taken on record
by the Board Directors at
their meeting held on the same day & are subject to limited review by
statutory auditors of the
company.

2. Consolidated Financial Results of the year ended September 30,
2008 include unaudited results of
the Company and its subsidiaries.

3. Previous years figures have been regrouped or re-arranged wherever
deemed necessary and
practicable to conform to current years classification.
