1.The figures have been recast wherever necessary.

2.No Complaint from investors was outstanding at the beginning of the
quarter. One complaint was
received and resolved during the quarter. No complaint from investors
was pending at the end of the
quarter.

3.The above results have been taken on record by the Board of
Directors in the meeting held on
30.10.2009.

4.The Board of Directors has allotted 18250000 equity shares @
Rs.540/- per share to the promoters
against Rs.73 crores received from them in December 2007.

5.Disclosure pursuant to clause 41(IV) b & c of Listing Agreement are
annexed herewith.
