1. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with
Accounting Standard (AS) 25 on
"Interim Financial Reporting".

2. During the
three months ended September
30, 2009, the Bank has allotted 240,058 equity shares of Rs 10.00
each pursuant to exercise of
employee stock options.

3. Previous period/year figures have
been re-grouped / reclassified
where necessary to conform to current period
classification.

4. The above financial results
have been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on
October 30, 2009.

5. The
above unconsolidated financial results are audited by the statutory
auditors, B S R & Co.,
Chartered Accountants.
