Please refer to my message dt 11.9.09(Rs 73/-)and my message dt 17.9.09(Rs 71.50 xd).The company`s products are directly connected to infrastructure growth and hence it is an infrastructure company.As per reliable sources for Y/E MARCH 2010 ,the expected EPS is Rs 19.4.A p/e of 20 is a fair value for an infrastructure company.Even at p/e 10 the price potential with a good chance of further appreciation is Rs 194/-.The BV Rs 70/- makes it a risk free investment at Rs 78/-.

Posted by : SPRAJOn 25.9.09 during working hours I sent a message to buy SC.It was quoting around Rs70.50.My message was " the NP of companies like BHARAT FORGE,A.FORGE,M M FORGING,NELCAST and R.FORGING fell by 30% to 85%,but NP of SC rose by 27%".During the last 4 years the September results were always good.Sept`09 will also be good.The company may come out with the results during last week of OCT`09.Therefore the Target price is RS100/-The sudden jump in price by 10$ to Rs78/-,dose it not indicate FUND/BULK buying?---SPRAJ 30.9.09..12.40pm ...

(1)March`05 over march`04....102%...(2)March`06 over March`05..105%..(3)March`07 over March`06...103%..3(4)March`08 over March`07...30%..(5)March`09 over March`08...29%.(6)Expected/Projected growth for March`10 over March`09 is atleast 28%.For a company which maintains growth consistently the P/E discount should be atleast 20.The expected/projected EPS for March`10 is Rs 19.4(15.3).Even if we give only 10 P/E discounting the short term price potential is Rs194/-...SPRAJ 11.9.09 11.40am...
