Sales increased by around 20%;
PAT is 7.31 cr against loss of 26.21 cr in June`2008.
Interest comes down from 20 cr to 18cr from Q1 to Q2.

Bhilwara tech Textiles seems to be listed on 12th october which was opened at Rs.32.60 and closed at Rs.7.00. How many of us riped inbetween Rs.32.60 - Rs.7.00. Will it come again to Rs.32.00 range. Pl. advice....

BEL vision is 3000MW in hydro electric domain and hence it is okay that their capex plan is Rs.10,000 cr.
Because of BEL`s biz relation with SN power (Norway based), Foreign PE investors show more interest in BEL`s initiatives.
You might have read in recent months that India also will be forced to become Annexure-1 country. This means that India has to reduce Greenhouse gas emission as per the Kyoto Protocol.
BEL being in Hydro electric power industry, many of their projects are eligible for carbon credit.
I expect RSWM price to reach at separate orbit, which it has not seen so far.

`US-Based PE investor General Atlantic is learnt to be in talks to pick up an equity stake in Bhilwara Energy, the power generation company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group for around $100-150 million, according to investment banking sources. “We are exploring a lot of opportunities, including selling stake to a private equity fund, but nothing has been firmed up yet,” said Riju Jhunjhunwala, executive director of Bhilwara Energy, while admitting that his firm was in talks with private equity firms. Bhilwara Energy is planning an investment of close to Rs 10,000 crore over the next five years. Earlier in 2007, Bhilwara Energy had raised a little over Rs 100 crore from New York Life Investment Management and Wachovia.`...

Chairman also agrees to the fact that they are talking to PE investors. So people are holding RSWM should hold with patience. We will be paid for it...

Without any figures it is not an easy job to justify the scrip. Eventhough 2Days ago rate was around Rs.30 was not fair for Rs.1/- FV demerged from RSWM.
Consider the ratio of demerged and face value Rs.1/- CMP around Rs.7/- to book partial profit and re enter around less price is recomanded....
