Pruva`s result is way ahead of DLF, UNITECH, HDIL. This is the only company which has posted growth in sales as well as profit. Other real estate companies results very bad. ...

Amid disustrus results of DLF, Unitech, HDIL this gem has net sell up 4 times,gross profit up 9 times,net profit up 6X and EPS up 6X.Still it is going down!!! any one has any explaination?...
