Power Finance Corporation today announced that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with NTPC, Power Grid Corporation of India and Rural Electrification Corporation on Nov. 19, 2009.

The aforesaid agreement has been signed for incorporating a joint venture company with equal equity contribution (i.e. 25% each) from all the 4 CPSUs.

Power Finance Corporation carries out and promotes the business of energy efficiency, energy conservation and climate change

its now pfc turn to give a break out as it is also a PSU Company and just like REC, govt. has disinvest its stake, pfc may be the next company in its list is PFC... all PSUs are running, just wait one or two days and see...
