Pfizer Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on September 26, 2009, has, subject to receipt of all requisite consents and approvals from statutory and regulatory authorities pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Duchem Laboratories Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of Pfizer Limited) and Pfizer Limited. The Scheme is proposed to be effective December 1, 2008. The Transferor Company being the wholly owned subsidiary of Pfizer Limited, no consideration shall be payable to the Transferor Company or its shareholders pursuant to the Amalgamation and the shares held by Pfizer Limited and its nominees in the Transferor Company shall stand cancelled....

Trust Pfizer guys as, eventhought its Q2 net down as all the Pharma companies net also went down. But since Pfizer has all the brands to it and its Indian expansion is laregely exports to Non - Indian Markets, it`ll definitely surge its sales during second half of this year. Since the sales increases, automatically it increases its brand value and it will be at its peak this time.

Accumulate for greater gains.

Hi,

As per market insiders say, it is a great "BUY" now for a big margin of profit in the coming days as FIIs and DIIs will be investing in this stock with huge amount. Hence the stock price will zoom to new highs(expected to shore more than its previous high of around 900).

Accumulate for short term gain of 900 and Long term gain for 1300.
