Parle Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on January 24, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at July 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account of the company for the year ended on that date together with reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. To approve Interim dividend as Final dividend for the financial year ended July 31, 2008.
3. To appoint Directors in place of Mr. Ashish Kankani & Mr. Rahul Shidhaye, who retire by rotation, and being eligible, offers themselves for re-appointment.
4. To appoint M/s Shidhaye & Co, Chartered Accountant, Mumbai as the Statutory Auditors of the Company and to authorize the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration....
