What was Rs. 207.20??

How come Nirma opened up so high at Rs. 207.20 and slipped immediately to 182.50 and was moving sideways for the rest of the day. Can someone explain?...

Nirma Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions unanimously:

1. Approved and adopted the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit and Loss account for the year ended on that date together with Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.

2. Declared the dividend of Rs 4/- per share of Rs 5/- each on equity shares, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company.

3. Approved the reappointment of Shri. Shrenikbhai K Lalbhai, Shri. A P Sarwan & Shri. Kalpesh A Patel as Directors, who retired by rotation.

4. Approved., the appointment M/s. Hemanshu Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as the Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration as may be determined by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Auditors.
