Its not a short term trading play as the volumes are low, but such investment is obviously very good for the medium and long term. The new Board memeber has impressive background...
What will this mean for the comapny?? If financial investors are coming in at that price does it mean that it will go up from here or that it would go much above the current price...

I agree, excellent results in spite of revenue being a cr lower than same time last year, profit is up over 20%, whcih means the business is in better shape than last year. Now if they can grow top lines that means bottom line quantum will be even higher. That can be seen by the growth in sequential revenue numbers...
I still cant get them on BSE site, but of what you are saying is right, this is an amazing set of numbers given the still average economic scenario. Should surely be an indicator to enter, but markets remain weak, when that changes Im sure it will bounce majorly...
There seems to be a problem on BSE site, but got their results from the FE on Sunday. They have had what looks like the best quarter in their history. Consolidated PAT has come in at 305 lakhs vs 253 in the same quarter last year, thats up over 20%. Its up over 75% from the sequential quarter. Revenue is down by 1 cr from 47 cr in the same quarter last year to 46 cr now. But in the sequential quarter its up from 38.5 an increase of over 20%...
Web addresses to speak all languages
Leslie D`Monte / New Delhi October 27, 2009, 0:30 IST
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or Icann, has set the ball rolling for web addresses in scripts other than Latin. This will allow uniform resource locators (URLs), as web addresses are called in virtual parlance, in languages other than English, including Hindi, Tamil or Bhojpuri.
About half of the world’s 1.6 billion internet users use languages based on scripts other than Latin and may cheer the move. India, which has 50 million internet users, speaks hundreds of languages.
Icann, the non-profit group that oversees domain names, is meeting representatives from all over the world this week in Seoul to decide on this change, which will be one of the biggest in the 40 years of internet. If it is cleared, Icann will begin accepting applications for non-Latin domain names and the first entries into the system are expected in the middle of next year.
Icann is also to decide whether it can give users freedom on global top-level domain (GLTD) names.
“If this happens, it will definitely increase the number of internet users. Why should users type in English if they could time in Tamil or Hindi,” says Kiruba Shankar, founder chief executive officer of Business Blogging.
At present, web addresses are limited to 21 suffixes, such as, com (80 per cent), net and info, and country-specific ones like in for India. With this change, companies and individuals can have unlimited choices such as indian, .delhi, .paris, .gabbarsingh or .whateveryouwant.
Corporate houses like the Tatas, Birlas or Reliance could apply for .tata, .birla or .reliance and could, in turn, give each employee a .tata, .birla or .reliance email identity.
Like all good things, these will come at a price: Rs 40 lakh to Rs 2 crore.
Jasjit Sawhney, managing director and chief executive officer of Net4India, an internet service provider which also offers domain registration services, says the move to open up web addresses is good “but will take time to trickle down in India because of technicalities”. Currently, names on the internet can be typed in local scripts. For instance, you can type dukaan (shop) in Devnagari, the script for Hindi, but not dotcom.
Icann is in talks with information technology departments of countries to get the exact meaning of dotcom in local languages, say, Hindi or Tamil. “What do you call dotcom in Hindi? One has to decide on such issues,” says Sawhney.
Naresh Ajwani, president-government affairs, Sify Technologies, who is attending the Icann meeting in Seoul, points out that the Department of Information Technology in India already has fonts for 22 local languages. “This, and the fact that GLTDs may be opened up to more domains, will witness a sea change in the way the internet is structured,” says Ajwani....
I agree with you, chart of small cap will tell u not much. Go for knowledge of what company is doing. I you find good then invest if not then dont. If financial investor is investing then you can take some comfort....

MMB MessengerNet 4 India Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company to be held on November 09, 2009....
Im not sure you call a chart with a stock that has volumes of 30/40/50k a day. Probably better to look at fundamentals. As per BSE filing they are getting Private Equity investor at around 89 rs. Now look at the fact its 52 week range is between Rs 25 and 99 and closing high is around 94 Shows you that they have done a deal at the higher end, which is not common for Private Equity, also if you dig up on the fund, they are a focussed media and communications fund. I would say you will get very good return in medium to long term, but calling chart is risky ...
stock has a strong chart now with stiff resistance around 87-88, keep 85 as a stop loss if need be. If it moves it will take out 94,96 and 99 which are the last 3 52 week highs happened recently...
