King of stocks, can you please explain the logic as to why you feel confident that the stock would touch 120 by Jan 2010....
at 10rs u shud avgd,had u bot 2000 shares at 10 rs ur avg pr wud hv been 30 plus.
aftr rights issues most stks remain laggards as co set up new equipment for expansion etc.that lull period shud be used to accumulate.grp is good,when economy looks up they hv ready infra. to take advantage.sugget hold.......
bought 15000 shares @ 25 tgt 120 period 10th jan 2010........
but when will it reach its right issue price of rs.35 at least? will it reach or not? i have bought 1000 shares at about rs.75 long ago, and have got allotted 1000 shares thru right issue at rs.35....

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Rights Issue and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 10, 2009 has extinguished 540 Detachable Warrants and has allotted 540 Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each fully paid, pursuant to the conversion of Detachable Warrants into Equity Shares in terms of the Letter of Offer dated January 02, 2007.
Consequent to the allotment of Equity Shares, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 686,473,295 to Rs. 686,475,995....
to my knowledge it was internal transfer,these promoters keep churning blocks of stocks among themselves n call it rebalancing/reorganising in grp cos.
god knows how it helps ,i think it keeps the stock in news only.
has it involved tax outgo in transcations nobody wud do!!!!!...

in 20s huge vol turnover took place n it reached 52 week high,then it lost momentum n was put to trade to trade.
then it consolidated in 22 to 26 range.
promoters hv reorganised their holdings in grp cos(see bulk deals or bse ann in insider trading).
obvisously some one is very bullsih aftr co has completed expansion n turnaround n big jump in np will take place soon.
HOLD FOR A YEAR IGNORE MINOR VARIATIONS////...
whts the buzz after a very long time this stock is showing some kind of momentum and volumes....

Techanical parameters favours to rise to 50
stock is avove 200 day M.A.since Mid- May i.e. more than 3 months
Have tested it twice at 15 and is not broken down below 15
Now Sock is above 50 day M.A and it is also tested recently
Stock is now at upper end of Bollinger band at around 25,
I expect minimum of double from this narrowed band once breakout happen
Breakout is expected to happen in Sep-09
However even if will retrace from band can retrace upto 15 for 3 rd time Oct-09
Move from 15 or from 25 in upard direction will be violent as band is getting further narrower...
