Kinetic Motor Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company opts to submit the Audited Financial Result for the year ended September 30, 2009 within 3 months of the close of the financial year. i.e. latest by December 31, 2009....

Dear Investors,

Do not hesitate to invest in Kinetic Motors since citibank totally offloaded their holding. They are jokers on the earth.

The same thing Fedility Investments and DSP Merilinch offloaded Sathyam Computers at Rs 32 on 8th Jan 2009 and now what happed to Sathyam.

Still people are buying at Rs 104 plus. For Kinetic Motors results are due, special dividend is on the cards and Face Value of Rs. 10 with M & M joint venture it is very sure shoot.

This is only one company share available with lowest PE in the Indian Stock markets i.e 0.68 and it has to reach atleast Rs 100 after the results. Buy Buy Buy...

As per CNBC, JV of M&M and KIN.MOTORS, will introduce motor bikes in next year.This shd benefit K.Motors.Also
KM will declare yearly result shortly,declaring spl dividend.Share price of K.Motors to rise on these news....

Just buy Ksera its a multy bagger READ WHAT money times has written in its recent issue
K Sera Sera may be a multi-bagger going by the company’s success in production and distribution of films. Analysts estimate its EPS for FY10 at Rs.16, FY11 at Rs.24 and FY12 at Rs.29.
At 18rs going cheap buy AND ONLY BUY

very short term targets 39, and above, 52.
The FY09 results in October would be major trigger for this stock.
As per technical indicators, trading well above the crossover of 9 & 18 days WMA and 50 days SMA,indicating bullishness in medium to long term. Risk free buy at current levels....

Why it is going up up up! Listen! For the last five years Kinetic Motors are on loss making co. but they have good value of assets and manuf facilities.

Mahindra & Mahindra acquired all the Dealers of Kin. Motors, assets, plants and manufacuturing facilities and
M&M and Kinetic Motors formed new company with 20:80 JV Benefit of Kinetic is continues cash flow
Kinetic Motors will get share of profits

Surely Anand Mahindra has a plan to export scooters globally and M & M plan to export these vehicles across the globe.

In the histry of M & M first time foray in 2 wheeler segment naturally he will have Global Plan.

Kinetic Motors are debt free company now
KM Year ending is september 2009 - 12 months
by October results will be published with positive after 5 years
Special Dividend is in the line
M & M will share the profits from new Jt venture.


Kinetic sold manuf. facilities and assets with premium
Kinetic already posted EPS is approx now Rs 35 (9 months 30th June 2009) but stock is avble for Rs 29/- with face value of Rs. 10/- with PE of 0.77

The next target of Kinetic Motors Rs 80/- by Diwali/October and by Christmas Rs.125/-
