Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that upon exercise of stock options vested in terms of Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 by certain eligible employees and receipt of full consideration therefor, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2009, has allotted an aggregate of 1,35,000 (One Lac Thirty Five Thousands) Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 80,26,80,478/- divided into 40,13,40,239 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 80,29,50,478/- divided into 40,14,75,239 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each....

Though the company is good the present scenario is not in its favour as when others in the same field are moving up with the index, it is not making any significant move. But it slides when the market is sliding in consonance with it but not so when the market is going up. This means the stock is somewhat weak and weak stocks will take time to make up the lost ground. But it will certainly make the level of 155 to 160 soon if the market reaction is positive and in uptrend. Rs. 265 is a far-fetched idea now for a short-term investor. This is my opinion as I am following this stock for quite a year now. Deciding on investment in this stock is the sole prerogative of people who wish to invest in this stock....

This is the only Reality Stock that never needed any QIP to raise funds They have Enuf Funds to complete all running projects without extra leverage

I do have in my portfolio and I have seen rs225-230 a very strong support, but the way reality stocks declined seems to say not for now. is there any thing special about this stock?...

230 is a heavy resistance
Accumulate below on every dip this Marvel
market will be seing downside next two-days
80points shave-off on Nifty to be seen 4820 levels can be seen
