The Co is fundamentally Very very strong. It has smartly made a entry in Internatinal Market first working on spot contracts and after making their presence known in the Foreign Cream Market, it has bagged good term contracts & Goodwill in E&P Companies Worldwide.
The last year`s Strategy was expansion and seeking business in Overseas Market, as one can see - they acquired so many vessels in just one year.
Now full fleet is on Firm long term Contracts- we can expect another round of FAST GROWING EXPANSION, making this Company a GLOBAL PLAYER in OFFSHORE VESSELS...... PE Fund holds 30.5% Equity in Garware Offshore as per BSE/ NSE Shareholders list.
Strong fundamental growth has happened- Company is giving good dividends too, BONUS IS LIKELY IN THIS COUNTER. Accumulation is happening in the stock... they did open offer too last year. Almost 90% Stock is in their hands.
Stock is Very Good Buy now....
