i think as commodities and price of base metal are rising including steel. we have seen tata steel, jindal steel and power, jsw steel \\\\\`s share prices recovers so fast. its like there is a buble in this sector so the promoters are likely to list at this buble. they will list the share when the market is extreamly bullish so that they could list above 100 as they have buyback around 42...
