shan gargpretty soon. co. fundamental are very strong n its trading below its book value . on top of that co. topline is growing at very good pace although its not reflecting in bottomline due to volatility in steel prices.n increasing int cost.so hold n u will get ur return in multiple folds...

Positive
(1) Aggressive and visionary management. (Most important for a growing company)
(2) Increasing top line (revenue) since last five years.
(3) One of the leaders in e-bikes. This division will take couple of years before it can start rewarding.
(4) Other divisions are doing good. Recently entered into power generation.
Negative
(1) Management’s holding is around 30%.
(2) Have huge debt (and therefore huge interest outgo)
This company was aggressive in the past as well. Ten years back they ventured into wind power but somehow it didn’t work. This time they are more experienced and external environment is also favorable.
This stock has potential to generate great wealth if you think really long term. Buy it during dips and keep it for 3-4 years. It can also give you short term opportunities as I think most of the holding is in strong hands and traders are less in this counter....
