The shares in the trade is always very limited, in my view the company is only controling the price of the share....

company has payed dividend so pls people saying the company has not are a big liar so wat ever they r saying might be all liesss.....i read somewhere on net that this company is having some cash crunch and so its gonna sell some stake in its other companys so i guess once that deal is done this stock should be fine till than hope for the best....any other news please keep posting...

Please note that dividend has not been paid even after 60 days from record date. SEBI regulations states that dividend has to be paid within 30 days. We can judge from this what could be the financial situation of this company based on the dividend issue since the total outgo for the dividend payment is very small compared to the declared profits by the company. Therefore each investor should make his own conclusion. One guy on this forum claimed that he received the dividend. Whoever claims he has received the dividend is a liar. So far the company has not paid the dividend. I have checked with atleast 7 friends who have invested in this company and none has received the dividend. Please play safe in this stock...

Dear lion407......

I am also not talking about balance sheet.....

Promoters holding and FII holding are the quarterly data that is supplied to the stock exchange which is genuine and actual facts......

U cannot doctor those figures unlike u do in the balance sheet....

So don`t confuse with the prmoters,FII holding with balance sheet..........Regards...

Dear bagram......

U cannot equate all companies with satyam or austral coke......

Those two cases are purposefully done to do fraud.....

I mean in most of the cases we can believe these data.....

Inspite of that also if any company goes wrong means we have to take it in a right spirit that it`s our fate to incur loss.......

dear Ramki,

Promoters holdings and FII holdings are only one side of the story.

Most of the times promoters and FIIs dont make money from the balance sheets that is shown to the stock exchanges and public.

PS:My msg is not in the context of cranes but in general about the perceptions of holding patterns and its relation with those companies going great guns....

Dear Ramki: I never questioned the what is there in BSheet. Do you know anything that rest of the junuta does not? Holding pattern is by-product of well being of the co. Do you know what is happening at ground level? Possible future revenues, projects, contracts etc? What rumours are you talking about? Cash-flow issues are known!!...

If u say promoters holding and FII holding is equal to published balance sheet.....then there is no point to talk with u.......Those figures are supplied from stock exchanges and they are actual facts my dear friend......I mean if the rumours spread here are true by this time promoters and FIIS would have sold all their stocks and would have kept us high and dry........He....He....He....He....ROFL...
