Downgrade to Hold
* EBITDA margin declined due to lower import throughput
(TEUs): Concor reported Net sales of Rs9.59 bn against the estimate
of Rs 9.50 bn. EBITDA margin declined to 26.4% with lower imports
witnessed in Q2 FY10 quarter (see exhibit for export-import
throughput), resulting in reduction of ground rent. Also competitions
from private operators in the domestic routes lead to jockeying for
market share by way of price reduction, leading to decline in margins.
However, with expected volume uptick with the existing pricing, we
believe margins would revert to 27-28% levels.
* Idle rakes reduced: With continued momentum in the domestic route
and the uptick in exports, idle rakes have reduced in the system and
we expect utilisation would increase with continued growth in domestic
and uptick in EXIM.
* View on the stock: We continue to expect earnings growth of 11%
for FY11E to Rs 9.3 bn, leading to EPS of Rs72. The stock trades at
16x, in line with our target multiple. We believe the stock factors in the
potential earnings growth and thus downgrade it to Hold with the
retained target price of Rs 1152.
* Risks: Higher than our volume estimate may lead to higher sales and
PAT growth.

Donot worry, have patience, nothing going to happen after 2~3 month you will see tis stock at 1600+, company have good profit(~23%) in this slow economi, no company have such great results.

You are absolutely correct, this stock i am tracking last 3-years, it gives me every time good return, KARVY`s prediction always make when they want to buy that share, there prediction always goes wrong.

Just ignore Karvy`s target.They always do this when ever they want to accumulate.
The delivery position of this stock is 90%+ everyday.You may sell it at it`s yearly high, but buy back immediately.Public owns only 19% of this stock.Hence it is so illiquid.This stock is like Wipro or wyeth.Same Baliga of Karvy has given a target 340 for Tata steel.
Just ignore and have faith in Concor because you are owning a business as good as INDIAN RAILWAYS!

Karvy have given a target of 852 for Concor with under performer rating . The stock price has come downfrom about 1180 to 1140 today while the company aord is in meeting today to discuss 2nd qtr results . I am very optimistic about the company but the above input and observation is upsetting . Does anyone know the truth?
