PSU Stock - Gem of a Stock - Accumulate

EPS for H1 Rs.31, (Annualised EPS of Rs. 62+) BV of Rs. 240 incl. H1 result. PSU Stock. Good Gross Refining Margin.Good dividend record except last year (aberration year for all refining companies). H2 would be better than H2, with Oil to correct downwards.
Highly undervalued stock at P/E of 3.2, P/BV of less than 1, as against all oil refining companies in India. With assured purchase by IOC at agreed GRMs, operating risk is much lower.
Buy for long term - would be rewarded with bonus in next 1-2 years or merger with IOC (being part of IOC consortium - likely ratio of 1:2 in proportion to book value) or even in normal circumstances, re-rating of the stock. When companies like Essar Oil & MRPL are trading at PE of 28 and 9 and P/BV of 5.4 and 3.9, this is trading at PE of less than 4 and P/BV of less than 1.
Accumulate as much you can as the market goes down and average down the price for gains on long term...
