Upon the Scheme becoming effective, all the assets and liabilities of Trident shall be transferred to Aurobindo. Aurobindo shall not issue any shares or other consideration as Trident is 100% subsidiary of Aurobindo. Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2009, inter alia, has conisdered and approved the following :
