Atlas Cycles Haryana Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at the rate of 45% p.a. on 32,51,919 equity shares for the year ended on March 31, 2009.
The amount of dividend will total Rs 146.34 lacs (last year Rs. 146.34 lacs)....

With reference to the earlier annoucement dated August 13, 2009, regarding Board to consider Dividend, Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 could not be considered by the Board at the meeting held on August 22, 2009.
Now Audited accounts will he approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its adjourned meeting to he held on August 27, 2009....
