Good Fundamentals

jaggihsThe company has good fundamentals and is a zero debt company. Present RBI stand on increasing risk rating for realty has hit it like all realty companies but it will bounce back once market stabilises. Just see the rise on 04 Nov. However, it remains a high beta stock and will rise/fall more than overall market movement. My reading is a hold with price below 130. For those above this price line, avarage on dips....

Posted by : Guestif u can hold it will be better it has fall a lot now only upside is possible not much downwards from here may be 110 will be low so if u can add more that wil be better or hold it will come back to 135-140 level in no time ...

The company`s net profit is expected to go down by 51.6% to Rs 61.1 crore on YoY basis.. there is no reason to accumulate this scrip !
