none of the companies will happily get impacted and none of the users will get benefitted either. thanks to a political master stroke by manipulator sharad pawar.
by stating that only drugs and not their formulations will come under price control, pharma companies will move to formulations and not a stand alone drug.
what a contrast!!! in usa, there are no combinations, only standalone. politics in india will create new dubious standards.

Looking at the formula to fix the maximum price, the polcy should benefit the patients.

This new policy is applicable to the drugs not used in combination. I am not aware whether this provision will enable the pharma companies to circumvent the intent.
