Bangalore SMEs get mentoring

SME CEOs of Bangalore got a good understanding of ideas and solutions from the Bangalore segment of SME Mentor Growth Series. The event, held at Taj Vivanta, was attended by 60 CEOs of small and medium enterprises in Bangalore.

The session was opened by George D'Souza, vice president - Content solutions, Moneycontrol.com, who talked about the various hurdles that owners of small and medium enterprises have to cross in taking their companies from good to great companies.

This was followed by a presentation by Rohit Sharma, Vodafone's vice president of enterprise business, Bangalore. Sharma shared the various enterprise solutions that Vodafone had for enterprises. A special mention was made of the machine to machine solutions.

Religare Finvest also unveiled its financial solutions which were showcased by Sathiyan, executive vice president for South, and was with great interest. Sathiyan said Religare Finvest would finance any company that had a strong balance sheet and at least two years of existence in the market.

Dell unveiled its portfolio of servers and data storage products.

The event was attended by owners of SME organizations in Bangalore who raised various questions that were all answered and resolved by the representatives of participating organizers.
