Does the revenue of 10 L include the security deposit? Isnt that a liability? The western models dont include security deposit. Also if security deposit has to be refunded back, Isnt this almost like selling and then buying back? US education system is lot structured and books are qute uniform. India with each university having its own structure and then each college having its own professor recomending(at times writing and then recomending), the uniformity is lost by miles. Books returned back may become difficult to sell beyond a certain city and then regular sylabus updates may make it further difficult to rent the same booksyear on year. Site is not exactly ecommerce modelled as of now, are there plans to add such features?
