BCB Finance opened at Rs 27.8 in pre-opening session, 11.2% higher as compared to issue price of Rs 25 a share on the BSE. It saw trades in a price range of Rs 30-27 (higher and lower price in pre-opening session).
Traded quantity stood at 8000 equity shares.
It is the first public issue on BSE' SME Exchange. The company raised Rs. 8.85 crore via public issue, which was opened during February 23-27.
BSE SME Exchange is the first SME Exchange in the country to get the SEBI approval on September 27, 2011.
