Uneasy peace reigns in southern Lebanon, as the ceasefire entered it's fourth day, reports CNBC-TV18. Lebanese troops have crossed the Litani river to take up positions as the Israeli troops continue their pullout. The Lebanese army will join the 2,000 strong UN peacekeeping force that is already in Lebanon.
