Uneasy peace reigns in southern Lebanon, as the ceasefire entered it's fourth day, reports CNBC-TV18.
Lebanese troops have crossed the Litani river to take up positions as the Israeli troops continue their pullout. The Lebanese army will join the 2,000 strong UN peacekeeping force that is already in Lebanon.
The fragile truce has eased supply worries and crude prices have fallen further, dipping below the USD 71 per barrel mark.
