Villagers demand reduction in height of Indira Sagar Dam

Harda (MP) Sep 11 (PTI) A 'jal satyagraha' to demand a reduction in the height of the Indira Sagar Dam from 262 metres to 260 metres entered the fourteenth day today at Khardana village in the district. Unlike in Ghoghalgaon in the Khandwa district where two ministers went and spoke to satyagrahis, nobody has spoken to people in Khardana. The villagers say they are determined to continue with their satyagraha until all their demands were met. PTI COR BA RYS
