Kanpur (UP), Feb 16 (PTI) Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will hit the road in Kanpur when he will address an election rally in Muslim-dominated Chamanganj area on February 19 and take out a roadshow in on February 20. "Gandhi's campaign programme in Kanpur is confirmed. He will address an election rally in Haleem Inter college ground in Chamanganj in support of the party candidates," Union Coal Minister and Kanpur MP Sriprakash Jaiswal said here today. On February 20, Gandhi will take out a road show from here. He will stay at all Assembly constituencies for around half an hour. Kanpur will go to polls on February 23, the fifth phase of voting in Uttar Pradesh.
