UP govt extends sanction of temporary courts

Muzaffarnagar, Mar 31 (PTI) The Uttar Pradesh government has extended the sanction of temporary courts, set up for quick disposal of cases in the state. According to a notification, the sanction of these courts, in which 156 ex-cadre judges and 780 employees are working, has been increased up to March 26, 2013. When fast track courts were abolished, its judges were temporarily promoted to additional district judge as ex-cadre a year ago, for a period of one year.
